MEET YOUR COACH

My goal was to develop a concept bridging the gap between conventional physiotherapy, functional medicine, and strength training to help people get strong, healthy, and pain-free. To realize this concept, I have traveled the world collaborating with neurosurgeons, chiropractors, Olympic coaches, and top minds in the industry. Now based in Amsterdam, my team and I are here to assist you on your journey to health, wellness, and performance.
